How to create a New Product on iedi.online
This guide explains how to create a new product on iedi.online.
- Click on "create product" directly from the dashboard or find the same menu item under "Products" in the menu bar.
- If you have created a product group, you can select it. To create a product group, find “Products” in the menu bar, click “View Product groups” and click on the blue " + New" button in the upper right corner .
- Basic information: Next, you can add a product name and description.
- Prices and fees:
- Enter the sales price per unit, select the quantity per unit and choose unitcode, e.g. "PCS".
- If you need to register your product in the colli unit, this is also possible here.
- You can enter your tax rate, e.g. VAT 25%, or tick the “Excempt from Tax” if this is the case.
- Product Classification:
Here you can enter your UNSPSC code. - External References:
- Here you can insert a link to an image of the product as well as a link to the product's product page so that the recipient has the opportunity to read more about the product. For example, these links may come from your webshop.
- If you do not have a link to a product page, we recommend that you fill in the "Product description" field under "Basic information".
- Product numbers:
- Here you can enter the seller's product number
- You also have the option to enter an EAN-13 or EAN-14 product number
- Also enter a business product number, e.g. Plumbering number, Woodsupply number. etc.
- Stock information:
- Enter the number of products you have in stock. Actual stock quantity is the physical summary of stock for this product across all stock locations.
- Also indicate how many of these products you still have in stock that have already been sold or reserved.
- If you also enter a minimum quantity, which is the desired number of products you want in stock, iEDI has the opportunity to notify you when you hit your minimum stock.
- You also have the option of specifying the number of delivery days - from a customer has ordered a prouct to the customer has received the product. For day-to-day delivery, simply enter “1” in the input field.
- Supplier information:
Here you can enter the name of the supplier, the supplier's product number and purchase price. - Click the green "save" button to create the item in your catalog.
