Historically, keeping customer-specific price catalogues updated across multiple platforms involved extensive manual work. Product data, prices, and discounts often had to be recreated or maintained manually in each customer’s system. This approach does not scale and introduces risks such as:

The Solution: Automated PRICAT via iEDI
XL BYG engaged iEDI to design and implement a custom PRICAT (Price / Sales Catalogue) solution that could deliver customer-specific catalogues automatically, regardless of the customer’s platform or system landscape.
iEDI developed a solution where price catalogues are generated directly from XL BYG’s ASPECT4 system and distributed electronically to customers in their preferred EDI format. Each catalogue contains the customer’s individually agreed prices, discounts, and applicable campaigns—rather than a generic standard price list.
